Private Practice Therapeutic Stress Coaching

Therapeutic Stress Coaching is an enriching private service designed to be offered in a comfortable setting of your choice, whether that be from the comfort of your home or a quiet space where you feel at ease. Through the innovative platform of telehealth, this valuable service is accessible to anyone throughout the country, including adults, high school students, and college students, ultimately promoting long-term stress health and resilience.

In the very first session, which spans a comprehensive 90 minutes, you will undergo an in-depth and detailed assessment of your unique stressors, with a keen focus on understanding their profound effects on your mind, body, and energy levels. You will receive a personalized lifestyle and symptom review that takes into account your individual circumstances, an Ayurvedic assessment tailored to your specific needs, a Jyotish astrological report grounded in your birth details, and a Reiki assessment aimed at promoting energetic balance.

During the second session, we will review all the assessment results together. Unlike traditional healthcare appointments that typically last about 15 minutes with minimal interaction, my coaching model emphasizes the importance of your story, your experiences, and your journey toward personal wellness. We will talk about your responses to your results and discuss recommendations. Choice is paramount in Therapeutic Stress Coaching. Your results, your choice for next steps.

From the third session onward, if you so choose, you will have a dedicated wellness partner who will be there to support you, equipping you with the essential knowledge and tools necessary to enhance your approach to stress and successfully achieve your desired goals.

What Private Practice Therapeutic Stress Coaching is not

Stress Rehab is not mental health therapy but I do use my mental health knowledge to help you identify root causes, habits and beliefs that you have about stress. Stress can cause anxiety and depressive symptoms so it can be confusing to determine the root cause to treat. I will help you to do that. We will discuss any recommendations that I may have for traditional therapy for you if need it and I will make referrals to trusted colleagues. You are able to receive Stress Rehab services if you are also receiving traditional mental health services as a companion service.

Stress Rehab is not physical health care, but I do use my Certified Transformational Health Coaching and Ayurveda Practitioner training to help you identify lifestyle impacts on wellness.

Stress Rehab is not a physical health or mental health therapy service and would not qualify for any insurance reimbursement. It may be reimbursable through a flexible spending account. Reimbursement is the full responsibility of the client but I will do my best to provide you with what you may need.
