Itervia Health abides by applicable privacy laws.

Once a client and owner of IterVia Health reach a service agreement, all services and interactions will be provided to ensure client privacy.

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) was passed in 1996 to protect the patients’ interests. This act makes sure the protected health information of patients stays confidential.

Session notes will be kept private, either in a one-drive cloud file on a computer that is password and fingerprint protected or in a locked file cabinet.

IterVia Health will not share records directly with anyone other than the client or communicate with anyone other than the client without a release of information signed by the client and /or client’s guardian.

Adolescent Health Laws apply to Coaching. Clients under the age of 18 can expect privacy and confidentiality. Parents of minors will abide by Adolescent Health laws that state an individual over the age of 14 can seek out and receive services with an expectation of privacy and confidentiality.
