I can help you understand the cellular language of your body and offer numerous ways in which you can make changes that can strengthen the health of your cells. Learning and understanding the damage of ultra processed foods, insulin resistance, sedentary lifestyle and your personal environmental toxins is the foundation of recovery from damage. There is no one size fits all diet and all of us have bio-individual responses. My approach is to teach you what is damaging and why and then build on your diet from there based on what works for you. Cellular health is the goal, not dieting.
Collecting data is another way to communicate with your body. Take the time to get the correct blood tests and understand the difference between standard ranges and functional ranges for each. The most important starting point includes: fasting glucose, A1C, fasting insulin, triglycerides, HDL, blood pressure, triglyceride to HDL ratio, HOMA-number, hsCRP (inflammation), Uric Acid, Liver enzymes AST, ALT, and GGT, Vitamin D. It is also important to know your waist circumference.

Our gut and our brain have a strong symbiotic relationship so that what happens with our thoughts impacts our gut (think butterflies in the stomach and anxiety) and what happens in the gut impacts our brain (think hunger signals). Cellular dysfunction and inflammation play a crucial role in emotional wellbeing so while you are taking steps to recover from cellular damage, you will also be noticing changes in your emotional wellbeing.
