I would love to offer this as a free service but I have found that “free” tends to lead to “not valued” ie: no shows. In order to respect my time and effort, I do charge a small fee for us to meet up and chat.

Initial consultation is a $10 investment. You will receive a small resource gift after the Initial Consultation!

Complete Assessments agreed upon in the Initial Consultation findings prior to the appointment and we will discuss results and create your individualized Therapeutic Stress Plan.
