Private Practice Therapeutic Stress Coaching
Therapeutic Stress Coaching is a private service that you can enjoy in a setting where you feel relaxed, like your home or a quiet place. With telehealth, it is available to anyone in the country, and is well suited not only for adults, but for college and high school students as well. Therapeutic Stress Coaching is focused on fostering long-term stress management and resilience for all stressors. This holistic approach combines traditional coaching with therapeutic knowledge to support personal growth and emotional health. It addresses the emotional, physical, and mental aspects of life, exploring underlying issues that contribute to stress and dissatisfaction. Through guided conversations and specific strategies, clients gain self-awareness, resilience, and better coping skills. This method uses tools from psychology, nutrition, and energy work to create a safe space for navigating challenges, setting meaningful goals, and achieving lasting change.
In session 1, which occurs after the short initial consultation, we will carefully evaluate your state of dis-ease and the unique impacts on your mind, body, and energy levels. You will likely find this process to be both simple and deeply satisfying because it provides an opportunity to vent and express those feelings openly. Having a compassionate listener and a supportive witness to your individual story can be naturally therapeutic, allowing for a sense of relief and validation. We will then discuss and create your Therapeutic Stress Plan. The TSP is a simple and uncomplicated plan for moving forward based on what you need and what I recommend.
Session 2 and beyond is scheduled at your own pace. We will meet for approximately 50 minutes to focus solely on you, your Therapeutic Stress Plan and healing your stress responses through a variety of techniques, interventions and Therapeutic Stress Coaching modalities.

What Private Practice Therapeutic Stress Coaching is not
Stress Rehab helps you understand the root causes, habits, and beliefs surrounding your stress, using my knowledge in mental health. Stress can lead to anxiety and depression, making it hard to pinpoint the exact cause. I will guide you in this process and discuss any recommendations for traditional therapy if necessary, along with referrals to trusted professionals. You can receive Stress Rehab services alongside traditional mental health services. While Stress Rehab is not a physical or mental health therapy and does not qualify for insurance reimbursement, it may be eligible for flexible spending accounts. It is the client's responsibility to handle reimbursement, but I will provide assistance as needed.
For traditional Mental Health treatment, please click the button for my Private Practice Therapy. I collaborate with Great Lakes Psychology Group for logistics. This option is for clients with mild to moderate issues like anxiety and depression. My practice accepts insurance, but it only covers mental health treatment according to insurance rules and does not include other services.
